Your placement runs on contractor-facing surfaces only. These are business owners in a defined trade, with known service areas, who log in to find work.
Each county holds one seat per advertising category. Once a partner takes a seat, it stays theirs for the term, so you never share your category with a competitor in your county.

An insurance partner can attest to the active policies it writes for providers on TreeBidz. Those providers' bids and profiles then show “Coverage Verified by” your company, with coverage dates published. The badge expires unless you re-confirm it at renewal.
Partners get first option on their category when TreeBidz opens new markets beyond Southeast Michigan.
Pricing depends on your category and the counties you want, so we cover it on a call instead of posting a rate card. The structure is the same for every partner.
A one-time fee, paid up front, covers building and formatting your placement before your first billing month. Complete a full 12-month cycle and renew, and the setup fee is credited back against your renewal.
Billed monthly with a 90-day minimum term. After that, either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Prepaid for 12 months at a discount to the monthly rate. The full term is committed, and it can be ended at term end with 30 days’ notice.
We’re an early-stage platform, and we’d rather you hear that from us. Our provider network in Southeast Michigan is growing, but it is not yet the size it will be. On the call we’ll share our current provider and activity numbers, not projections, so you can judge the fit for yourself.

No. Advertising partners cannot affect which providers a homeowner sees, how bids are ranked, or how bids are presented. The advertising layer is kept separate from provider matching.
